Q.

For my son of 3 years, Is is okay to give small numbers of nuts daily like almonds, pistachios, walnuts, raisins, cashews, etc? If yes, can I give it all mixed in small numbers or not? What is the right time to give it? Does a child grasp very quickly teaching either verbally or visually or both? (ie) apart from mother tongue.
