Q.

Hello My daughter is 2.4 years old. In what quantity should I give her dry fruits? I give her now two pistachios, two walnuts, two soaked almonds,2 cashew and 4 soaked raisins.

A. hi yes it is enough. please continue with it. and if a child want it more ,you can increase it's quantity by one or two. you can prepare dry fruits powder too and add it while serving food like milk , porrdige etc
