well ,if possible, please offer direct breastfeeding .
but if it is not possible ,you can store breastmilk and give it to your child.
what you need for this is good brand like Babyhug brand breastpump , stainless steel container or breastmilk bags.
first take breastpump and express your milk.
store it in clean , sterilized stainless steel container or breastmilk bags.
but make sure both of them should have air tight lock or lid.
you can store it up to 3 or 4 hours at room temperature
but if you keep it in refrigerator,you can store it for 2 or 3 days.
