A. Namaste Mom, For over all healthy growth it is essential that you provide the child with regular home made fresh foods and also natural foods such as seasonal fruits & vegetables. dry fruits nuts and seeds , rice ,roti. dal etc panner , ghee , milk , eggs , millets etc

A. Hello! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give your child, Dal, Chawal, Roti, sabji, Paneer curry and so on. Gradually introduce all food groups in your child’s daily diet that is healthy and staple in your family.
