for enlarged adenoids can we use humidifier, if yes which is best cool mist or warm mist.. pls suggest

I Don’t think so humidifier is going to be a good idea for you to go for if you want and you can but to consult your doctor before you start using it and they only you are going to give you a better guidance on that so it’s better that you consult your ENT doctor ones
