Have balanced diet
Eat small and frequent meals
Include proteins like milk and milk products, daal, boiled sprouts, eggs, rajma, chana, chola, oats, quinoa in the diet
Add more vegetable and fruits as they provide vitamin and minerals
Avoid excess intake of fried food, namkeen, sweets and sugary drinks

All kind of food you have except those ones which may cause gas issue to you like peas bringel etc.
Eat rice dal eggs vegetables edli Khichadi daliya etc. Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including corbohydrate calcium protein minerals vitamins etc.
