firstly looking like dry skin after some days that area becoming white skin

Evion vitamin E cream apply this is basically dryness only I think the cream has been absorbed by the body so much that the white things are appearing again the patches are appearing again so mostly it would be due to Di apply this cream 3 to 5 times in the day so if you see that the situation situation is persistent then you should get a checked with a paediatrician
