Few days ago I have gone for 6 week vaccination for my baby,after 2 days I have seen that swelling and red colour on injected place. Kindly, Suggest me what to do?

this is common
you can use ice cube rub on the vaccination area to reduce swelling
wrap some ice cube on cotton cloth and dab on the vaccination area
