A. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carrixed out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water. higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

A. Hello dear parent! You haven’t mentioned who is having it - you or your child? Without proper physical examination it is not possible to understand the condition. Consult your doctor for a personal examination and seek medical advice
