my 4 years daughter have headache and stomach pain fever 100 what happened

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor fobybr proper examintation to rule out the cause .

There could be a possibility that your child is having a stomach infection only which is why the Spanish they saw you should cross check with your doctor if you need to go ahead with any further testing for the child because that is only going to give you a clarity Kozhi Jaitley is the problem and treatment can only be suggested on that basis for the child
