fever continue from 3 days. calpal dene ke 6 ghante bad fir se fever ho ja rha h. sath me zifi drop bhi chal rha h. please give me the right priscription

A. ok. zifi is antibiotic medicine. better to give calpol drops six hourly and complete the course of all advised meds. gi e him lots of breast feeding. all the best
