feeling depressed can't handle the baby alone I'm a horrible mom I feel who can never be perfect

A. hello mum is don't worry about this you should be able to take care of your baby engage your baby in different activities give healthy food take care of your baby by explaining some stories by explaining some things about your work you are doing at home baby is it age now will be able to understand nothing to worry come out of the depression to meditation and yoga
