White patches on the skin can be due to various reasons so if you need to figure out the right reason you have to have a physical assessment of your child so it should be due to dryness in the body that’s one common reason second could probably be due to deficiency of calcium so till the time you are not sure what would be the possibility and problem treatment cannot be suggested
