Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for eating out to us with this question if there is a white discharge from the eyes you will need to use paralyzed cotton to clean the eyes and please make sure that you are reaching out to your pediatrician for eye drops that you help clear the infection
