Q.

@experts my lo is 1year nd 3 months old...but still she doesnt sleep well at night she wakesup every hourly or 2 hourly for feeding..how can i improve her nap time...honestly i m tired now becs i m not getting enough night sleep since her birth..nd her schedule is also d same as new borm baby..she used to wake up after n hr nd 2 hourly...sometimes she wakesup every half n hourly ...any tips or medicine or something which can help me...pls guide me thanx in advance...

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to thjhe baby and no medicine is required.

A. If You giving breastfeeding to the child and you need to quit breastfeeding it is just an addiction to your breast feeding that your child is waking up as what you do is give dinner and before you put your child to sleep half an hour prior to that give formula feeding cows milk or buffalo’s milk whatever you want to and then you put your child to sleep that’s going to change because breastfeeding is one of the biggest addiction that makes up a child every time to take
