Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Banana should be avoided in Winters as it's tough to digest food .. You may give her A2 cow milk with some natural flavors added to it , you may add dry fruits powdrr as well. You may give her mesh of seasonal fruits as well. Upma , halwa , sheera are also good in small quantity.
