Q.
every morning he says he has stomach ache though after sometime it gets better but if he eats of drunk anything in the Morning he says this that's why he never eats after wake up for atleast 1 hour

could be some small infection
try to give albendazole and see if any relief
this is deworming medicine
if it is not getting better than show kid to doctor
