Even though my child uses the phone mostly for studying, she tends to stay up late reading e-books or watching videos. Can device usage be automatically restricted at bedtime to ensure she gets proper sleep?

A. Hello my dear parent ! You need to be communicating more effectively with your child about the screen usage, especially before sleeping. See this reduces the child’s concentration levels to a larger extent and reduce their focus attention. Maybe you can try some apps which can help control the screen usage.
