Q.

Even though my child uses the phone mostly for studying, she tends to stay up late reading e-books or watching videos. Can device usage be automatically restricted at bedtime to ensure she gets proper sleep?

A. Create a schedule that balances online classes,e books browsing ,homework, and free time. Set specific times for laptop use and stick to it.Use parental control software like COP Parental Control App by Baatu.Discuss the risks associated with excessive screen time, such as eye strain, headaches, and decreased physical activity.

A. Hello my dear parent ! You need to be communicating more effectively with your child about the screen usage, especially before sleeping. See this reduces the child’s concentration levels to a larger extent and reduce their focus attention. Maybe you can try some apps which can help control the screen usage.
