My 14 year old daughter wakes up tired for school, because at night she secretly uses her phone, sometimes for reading, sometimes for videos. Interest is fine, but sleep bhi important hai. Is there a feature that locks the phone automatically after bedtime?

Cop is an app that you can use and set a schedule for your child and you should tell your child that if you want to read sit and read by 8 o’clock in the night you can read for one hour half an hour whatever time you want to set an after that you take the phone or tab from your child and make your child sleep by 9 o’clock or 930 see you have to explain it to the child that’s scheduled in life is very important and the phone mobile will keep coming and going but if you will not go to school if you will not study well behind in your life which is more important right nowfocus on studies and career rather than looking at the mobile and teacher child to read books instead instead of reading on the mobile I think that would be a
