enaka operation panni 3 month agatha first stiching7 days la remove achi again restiching pota irukaga but innu vara enaka Brest feeding milk varala ena panratha ennoda son weight increase kuda agala ena panrath give me some solution

A. Hi my delivery date is june 16 th operation for me few days later my stiching is open in 4days reason is woond gap for me in stiching again doctors put me re_stiching for me in 15 days Brest feeding is not coming for me Baby weight is not increasing pls give me solution
