Ek esa medicine name suggest kijiye jo body k liye bilkul sahi h jisme vitamin calcium zinc iron omega etc jo bhi health k liye sahi ho or breastfeeding k liye bhi safe ho

A. dear mom. it is god to have wwll balanced diet inckuding all food groups. include dry fruits and nuts too in your diet.. all the very best .
