easily i become angry with my baby,and I do shout on him and I hit him easily in his any silly mistakes and after I feel so helpless to do this ,how do I control my anger..pls suggest me

It’s okay a lot of parents are like this because a lot of things are going into their family mind and within them with their unable to express or discuss with the stress frustration sometimes comes out on the child but you have to understand this thing very clearly that it is a child and they are meant to behave like this once you make peace with that fact it will be easier for you to manager and start meditating that will be very helpful for you
