Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl6 months agoA. hi healthy food items like green veggies ,fresh fruits ,different pulses ,beans ,dairy products can be taken but avoid taking caffine ,airted drinks , processed ,extreme spicy food items .
