A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat more protein rich diet as pulses, cheese,milk, soyabean, boiled egg.. drink lots of water

A. good morning you should try to consume healthy carbohydrate including banana and potato apart from that you should try to have full fat milk it will help the baby you can have tender coconut water as well as the giri inside
