during my pregnency my blood pressure was 130/90 so my doctor put me on Labetalol twice a day..and then thrice a day at the end of my pregnancy..
my pressure dropped after my delivery and my doctor advised me to take the medicine once a day..my pressure was coming normal for a month and then is stopped the medicine now pressure is normal somedays and now for consecutive three days it is coming 130/95

then monitor lft kft. you can show the baby to a  pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat wella lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration  
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
