during birth my baby is 3.2 kg .and today she is 4.5 kg at 1 month and 12 days.is there anything to worry

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, weight of 4.5 kg is a normal weight for 1 month 12 days old baby. also, a Weight gain of 1.3 kg is a normal weight gain, do not worry.
