A. don't stop feeding your baby, as you have low milk supply eat more nutritious food like dry fruits, heavy veggies grain, dals etc take plenty of water, do yoga for mental relaxation, to overcome anxiety. gradually your milk gets increases day to day.

A. Hey there. increasing Milk supply is often a matter of demand and supply. The more frequently you are able to Nurse or pump, the more milk, your body is signalled to produce. Use Babyhug breastpump for this. Ensure the baby has a deeper proper latch to directly breastfeed. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
