Q.

due to lack of breastmilk im giving porridge puree food to my 5 months old baby girl so is it ok

A. no, it's not.. solids should be start after 6 month only. if your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.

A. i have tried giving her formula but she refuses starts crying for breast milk tats the reason why i had to give her rice porridge puree in order to fill her stomach needs

A. no dear solids has to started after baby complete six months.. now if you have started you may give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana blended khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot apple pear sapota banana.. remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
