Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.d

Boroline anti septic cream you can apply every two hours in that area and avoid using diapers and this is going to give you good results within 6 to 8 hours to 12 hours mostly it is going to heal about 50 to 70% within coming 12 hours it would be good for you to apply regularly
