Q.

due to flat nipples I was not able to breast feed my baby. it's been 3 months. I heard about breast pump. can I try it and will it help to relactate and produce breast milk? suggest a few tips to relactate breastmilk.

A. hi dear For babies who are breastfed, you should be feeding your baby every 3 to 4 hours at this stage and nursing for about 15 minutes on each breast. Formula-fed babies also will eat every 3 to 4 hours and may take anywhere from 4 to 8 ounces depending on their age.
