A. Are you asking anout health supplements like pediasure or horlicks. If so our doctor says it will not do any good but only harm tge baby in the long run. Like obesity in adulthood and decreasing the regular appetite etc. So u can go for homemade health mix or health drinks like badam milk, beetriit milk etc., Never go for sugar loaded store bought ones.
