Dr of skin specialist may pls recommend due to this skinny red dots on skin

A. This is an allergy or an infection you’ll have to get it checked with the dermatologist to 1st know what is the problem and accordingly they can guide you with the right treatment as this way we cannot advise you the treatment since we are not sure about what kind of problem is this
