dr my son is speaking few words around 50-60that too not clear. what can be the issue. ?

A. Hello good evening !! If baby is identifying all names,things,naming correctly,asking needs responding to commands,starts conversation then ok.. Check other milestones eye contact,mingling with kids,pretend play,cognitive development if any delay consult developmental paediatrician or child psychiatrist for assessment.
