Dr. My son is 20minths old and he is getting some rashes on his body and faces especially after bath . What can be the reason and what can be done plz advice . I have also attached pic

This is looking like a heat rashes in such case you can start using Himalaya pickle heat powder. Still your baby doesn’t get relieved and in such case you have to consult with your doctor about it. Always try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently
