dr my son dhyan 15 months old but he couldn't have enough weight he looks like very slim. give me solution for my prbm. tips for weight gain

A. Hello Mom! Give your son small and frequent meals. Make sure he is active throughout the day. Monitor his sleep schedule and water consumption. Try kid friendly recipes which are nutrient and calorie dense Like - peanut ladoo, banana milkshake, aloo Paratha, paneer rice, dry fruit barfi, mashed sweet potatoes. Hope this helps.
