A. hi instead of Medicine , I would suggest to try some homemade remedies which are safe and effective too for example you can give decotion of warm water, jeggary (1 tsp) , black pepper (1 ) , cumin seeds (a pinch) . but please don't give it More than 2 tsp of Quantity of it offer it once in a day in one tsp quantity only
