dr my baby boy is 4.5 months old...his birth weight was 2.4kg and now he is 4.3...he is on bm only...he is attaining all milestones...but why is his weight gaining so slow

feed frequently on demand have frequent skin to skin contact,
at one time feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain
ensure that baby latches properly during breastfeeding.
