Dr mere ko twins baby girls hai jab wo hui 2-2 Kg ki hui thi September me hui thi abhi unka weight 4-4 kg hua hai mei unko nan pro stage 1 deti hu every 2 hours 60 ml deti hu unka weight bahut Kam hai kya karu 60 ml milk Kam hai kya unka jab dose badhati hu to wo babut vomit karti hai isliye mei tuna milk deti hu jitna wo digest kar paye Dr unhone abhi turn karna bhi nahi aya what I do kya mei unko dabur ki janam ghuti de sakti hu

A. hi dear fellow parent, no ghutti please.. .babys has already attained weight milestone...babies ideally double birth weight by three tk six months.. they have already put on weight....ao dontbworry..baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months
