meri bati jab janam hui tab uski weight 2 kg thi ab 47 days ki hain ab uski weight 2.5 kg hain .uski weight kaise badaye.

A. Babies can gain about 500 gms to 800gms per month so weight gain is pretty good also babies tend to loose some weight after birth and start gaining weight after a week or so... not to worry about the weight much if the baby is active and healthy otherwise. feed the baby well on one side till empty and then switch to the other side
