A. the most common cause would be due to nutritional deficiencyc there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctorx who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not .

A. It Could be due to deficiency of calcium that your child may be going to I would recommend you to go ahead with giving calcium supplement to the child as of now that is what is going to be helpful to get rid of this issue
