ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. if a 2 year old is eating soil then it is called as pica and it happens when ever the baby is having any iron deficiency or Ivan multi vitamin deficiency and you should also get deworming done so consult a pediatrician
