Dr. Far from 5-6 days Our Ranvir had a cold and cough, Gave him a medicine but it's still same as the 1st day.. What to do? Medicine details attached files..

A. it is due ti cold any. cough is common in this changing seasin. steam as a home remedy is a good that can be given to babies in a day at home only . For severe cough ascoril LS and montair like medication can be given .
