Q.

Dr. after giving birth I used to breast pump but last 2 months I have not pumped so can milk produce again in my breast ,my baby does not suck my breast and by pumping I was exhausted so after 6 months I have drop the pumping

A. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and sfruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, dgalact granules etc ) also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.

A. If you want you can go ahead with it if you still have good amount of breastfeeding and you would want to pump then you can go for it there is no problem with that i understand pumping can be really very exhausted but if you want you can otherwise you can start with formula milk or tone paste milk
