Dr. 5.5 month delivery ko ho gaye h periods nahi aaye h or ab white discharge h kafi nd lower light right sometimes pain h KYa y periods aane ka h ya kuch or please bataye ?

no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy
for white discharge get a proper check up done

although if there is other symptoms like fever, white discharge with foul smell, itching, irritation, redness etc then please visit your gynecologist
keep your self well hydrated
take iron and calcium supplements as per your doctor's prescription
