Q.

Dr.. 11 month old baby suffering from fever last 3 hours calpol syrup used fever temperature not decrease what can I do now time midnight not available any paediatric in near me we wait for morning what can I do decrease temperature ???

A. do tepid sponging in case.. use room temp water for that. you may give calpol drops in every 4 to 6 hours. increase breast feeding. take care.

A. What is the temperature that’s not clear so I would you say do cold sponging to on to the entire body of the child that’s going to be helpful in breaking the temperature and if there is a possibility for you are the fever is higher like more than one 02° or 3°F then you should go ahead with rubbing onion juice on to the body that really helps a lot in reducing down the temperature
