A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in suddch situationc is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

A. U Should give five drops at one point of time you can repeat the medicine after six hours if the fever is not coming down then start doing cold sponging on the entire body the fever sometimes can stay for 2 to 3 days also that’s normal continue with medicines and cold sponging
