does the heartbeat of the baby changes during every sonography ?

A. thankyou 😊 and the heartbeat of my baby is 146bpm that means it's normal right ?

A. If It is going to be above 120 then it would be considered normal even if it keeps fluctuating it is just important that it should be 120+ every time that’s about it that’s the most important thing and yes a little bit of fluctuation can definitely be seen

Q. Hi i was 7.4 week pregnant while ultrasound did not detected babies heartbeat. The ultrasound technician said baby is 6.4 week as per the size of the baby. So he said the baby does not have cardiac activity. My gynaecologist have suggested another sonography after 10 days to check the heartbeat. I am little concern. Is this normal ? Please help me to understand.
