does teething causes loss of appetite my baby is in teething phase he is rejecting the food does it causes due to teething

Yes it can lead to loss of appetite a lot of kids can suffer with loose motions also fever also these are the common traits to be seen when the child is in the process of teething but all of them are completely normal to be seen with a child in a growing age specially when they start to have their teeth
