Does syringe help to drag out the nipples?? please tell me how long should I use it in a day and what kind of massage can I do drag my nipples out?

Hi mom Yes you can use Squeeze your nipple frequently Use nipple shield Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Take a good care of your baby
