A. dear parent various scientific studies have shown that sugar does not cause hyperactivity in children but sugar needs to be controlled because it is definitely linked to overweight obesity tooth decay

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes sometimes high sugary foods induce hyper energy in kids. Try to avoid high sugar content food items and give a balanced diet to the kid including eggs and chicken. Thanks and take care
